Welcome to EasyMedia (the "App"), a service powered by AI that helps you repurpose your YouTube video content for engaging social media posts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.
1. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload User Content and grant the license described above.
3. Third-Party Content
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
Uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Uploading content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, or threatening.
Interfering with or disrupting the App or its servers.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
User Content:
You retain ownership of the copyright in the video content you upload to the App ("Your Video Content").
By uploading Your Video Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute Your Video Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's functionalities.
AI-Generated Content:
The creative text formats and social media post suggestions generated by our AI technology ("AI-Generated Content") are our intellectual property.
Responsibility for Uploads:
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload Your Video Content and grant the license described above. This includes ensuring you have the rights to use any music, audio, or other copyrighted content within your video.
Ownership of Outputs:
The ownership of the final social media posts you create using the AI-Generated Content and Your Video Content remains with you.
No Refunds:
We offer a free trial or sample credits to allow you to evaluate the App's functionalities before purchasing additional credits. Due to the nature of the service (consumption of credits for AI processing), refunds cannot be issued for purchased credits.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials provided through the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
